Fruit Juice

Fruit juice contains vitamin C which is good for health especially for mothers who are pregnant and if practiced every morning, In shaa Allah, it can beautify the skin in addition to pleasing their minds that the pressure or otherwise. this juice is very tasty. The fruit that we are use is fresh fruit that freshly picked from the farm.

Milo Ice

Ingredients

  • Sweetened condensed milk 
  • Evaporated milk / condensed 
  • Cold Water 
  • Milo 
  • ice cubes 

  • Ways
  • Prepare a glass. Put some sweetened condensed milk n milk evaporated. Add cold water until 3/4 glass and mix. Pour the milk mixture into blender viewed. Enter milo and a few ice cubes to the same level with milk. Stir a little while until the ice melts. Blend the mixture until completely and lather. Put crushed ice in a glass with high pour method.

ABC MILO

ABC MILO is a very popular drink worldwide, especially in Malaysia. By adding the distribution milo on ABC that was ready add more taste ABC. 

Among the materials needed in preparing it is: 

1) Ice cubes are fine 
2) Cendol 
3) Cashew nuts 
4) Brown sugar 
5) Brown sugar 
6) Canned corn 
7) Condensed milk 
8) milo

Red Chicken
Red chicken is known throughout Malaysia, especially for meals marriage, feasts and meals during celebration.This is because  red chicken are easy to perepare.The ingredients that are used are:

1) Chicken
2) Turmeric powder
3) Salt
4) Dry Chillies
5) Red onion, onion
6) Ginger

Ingredients


  • 1 tail Chicken
  • Jintan Manis
  • cumin White
  • Coriander seeds
  • garlic
  • 1 ½ inch Ginger
  • 1 inch Turmeric Life
  • 3 stalks
  • 1 inch galangal
  • Kaffir lime leaves
  • water
How to make
  • Wash chicken and cut into 4 portions chicken .
  • Pound the fennel seeds , cumin seeds ketumber , then foreign mashed garlic, ginger , turmeric , lemon grass and galangal .
  • Then fry the onions until golden brown. Add crushed spices and stir together until fragrant .
  • Add the chicken to the pan and stir for 5 minutes.
  • Add water and make sure kaffir lime leaves above the water to be boiled chicken . Add salt to taste . When the chicken was tender , remove the chicken and strain at different park broth last .
CHICKEN Sambal Penyet / LOTEH

MATERIALS 
  • Red Chilli Padi ( 30 pieces fried )
  • Red Chillies ( cut into 12 pieces cut and fried )
  • Tomatoes ( cut in 4 pieces and fried 4 )
  • Onion ( 15 pieces fried )
  • Garlic ( 5 cloves roasted )
  • Shrimp paste ( 1 inch baked )
  • Tamarind water

Ayam masak Liku@Lengkuas

Chicken galangal or also known as Chicken Likku is unique dishes that can not be separated from Bugis tribes especially in Tawau. Why? Because it is hereditary cuisine that will be served in most homes Bugis in Hari Raya visit. Why the name ginger chicken, this dish because the main ingredient is ginger or in Bugis, galangal is called likku. 
Actually this dish can be prepared at any time, but for children Tawau, the feast would not be complete without chicken galangal or likku this. This is because traditional food such as Buras Bugis Bugis and Bugis Tumbu very good to eat with chicken likku.


 Sarawak Laksa
An introduction Sarawak Laksa, highlights the history of laksa, a favorite food Malaysians especially the Chinese community. It is said the original laksa is from China and laksa word itself is taken from a Chinese word meaning "spicy sand @ spicy sand".

Ambuyat
'Ambuyat' is a traditional food for the Bisaya and Brunei in Sabah. 

It is made of sago processed into sago palm, and it is a starchy substance, similar to tapioca starch. The look and design of these foods originally as flour, but when it is cooked it will look white in color and texture as the glue melts. 

Ambuyat eaten when dipped in a variety of other dishes such as sambal belacan, sambal fish and mango sambal.
