Ayam masak penyet
Ingredients


  • 1 tail Chicken
  • Jintan Manis
  • cumin White
  • Coriander seeds
  • garlic
  • 1 ½ inch Ginger
  • 1 inch Turmeric Life
  • 3 stalks
  • 1 inch galangal
  • Kaffir lime leaves
  • water
How to make
  • Wash chicken and cut into 4 portions chicken .
  • Pound the fennel seeds , cumin seeds ketumber , then foreign mashed garlic, ginger , turmeric , lemon grass and galangal .
  • Then fry the onions until golden brown. Add crushed spices and stir together until fragrant .
  • Add the chicken to the pan and stir for 5 minutes.
  • Add water and make sure kaffir lime leaves above the water to be boiled chicken . Add salt to taste . When the chicken was tender , remove the chicken and strain at different park broth last .

MATERIALS 
  • Red Chilli Padi ( 30 pieces fried )
  • Red Chillies ( cut into 12 pieces cut and fried )
  • Tomatoes ( cut in 4 pieces and fried 4 )
  • Onion ( 15 pieces fried )
  • Garlic ( 5 cloves roasted )
  • Shrimp paste ( 1 inch baked )
  • Tamarind water
