Ayam masak Liku@Lengkuas

Chicken galangal or also known as Chicken Likku is unique dishes that can not be separated from Bugis tribes especially in Tawau. Why? Because it is hereditary cuisine that will be served in most homes Bugis in Hari Raya visit. Why the name ginger chicken, this dish because the main ingredient is ginger or in Bugis, galangal is called likku. 
Actually this dish can be prepared at any time, but for children Tawau, the feast would not be complete without chicken galangal or likku this. This is because traditional food such as Buras Bugis Bugis and Bugis Tumbu very good to eat with chicken likku.
