Ambuyat
'Ambuyat' is a traditional food for the Bisaya and Brunei in Sabah. 

It is made of sago processed into sago palm, and it is a starchy substance, similar to tapioca starch. The look and design of these foods originally as flour, but when it is cooked it will look white in color and texture as the glue melts. 

Ambuyat eaten when dipped in a variety of other dishes such as sambal belacan, sambal fish and mango sambal.
